Baku Airport Transfer (GYD) — Private Car with Driver
Heydar Aliyev International Airport (GYD) is about 20 km east of central Baku; by car the ride usually takes 30–40 minutes. We meet you in arrivals with a name sign and drive you in a private car straight to your hotel or address — at a fixed price per car, whatever the traffic.
Prices are per car, not per person, and cover the driver, fuel and parking. Choose the class that fits your group and luggage — from a Standard sedan to a Mercedes V-Class.

How much is a transfer from Baku airport to the city?
One way, per car: Standard sedan $15, Comfort sedan $20, Minivan (5 seats) $18, Standard minivan (6 seats) $25, Business sedan (Mercedes E-Class) $40, Business minivan (Mercedes V-Class) $50, Executive sedan (Mercedes S-Class) $120. On some holiday dates a holiday rate applies; the booking form shows it before you send the request.
How long will the driver wait?
Waiting is free for 60 minutes after the actual landing, and the driver tracks your flight, so a delay costs nothing extra.
Where will the driver meet me?
In the arrivals hall after passport control and baggage claim, holding a sign with your name.
Do you meet night flights?
Yes. Give us your flight number and we meet you at any hour; our team answers on WhatsApp 24/7.
How much luggage fits?
A Standard sedan takes up to 3 passengers and 2 suitcases; a Minivan up to 5 passengers and 5 suitcases. Tell us about strollers or extra bags and we will pick a bigger car.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, a child seat costs $10. Please give the child's age when booking.
