Booking terms

All prices are per car, not per person, and include the driver, fuel and parking unless stated otherwise. Prices on the website are in US dollars (USD).

To confirm a booking you pay a 30% prepayment by card online (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The remaining 70% is paid to the driver in cash (USD, AZN or EUR) or by card. You can also pay the full amount by card when booking.

If the price is on request (for example, a minibus or a car with driver for several days), we agree the price with you and send a link for the 30% prepayment on WhatsApp.

Cancellation at least 24 hours before the pick-up time — the prepayment (or the full card payment) is refunded 100% to your card. Cancellation less than 24 hours before or a no-show — the payment is not refunded. Cancellation through our fault — 100% refund.

Refunds reach your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Full details are in the Cancellation & refund policy.

Economy transfer (Baku → GYD airport only): price $12, Old City pick-up +$3 (price $15). A $3 online card prepayment is required; the rest is paid in cash to the driver — 15 AZN, or 20 AZN for an Old City pick-up. Paid parking (if needed) is paid by the client to the driver separately, at cost.

Economy transfer: the car arrives exactly at the time you specify; free waiting is 15 minutes, after that the booking is cancelled and the $3 prepayment is not refunded (no-show). Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before pick-up — the $3 prepayment is refunded.

Card payment is processed by Epoint (licensed by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, ÖT-002); card details are not passed to this website.

Entrance tickets, meals and guide services are not included unless stated in the tour description.
