Baku to Astara Transfer — Private Car with Driver

Astara lies in the far south of Azerbaijan, beyond Lankaran, where the mountain village of Sim sits near the Iranian border.
From Baku it is about 307 km, roughly 3.5 hours by car through Masalli and Lankaran; the last stretch from Lankaran takes about 30 minutes.
People come for the Sim waterfall, the “burning spring” Yanar Bulaq and the Hyrcanian forest.
Only two buses a day run from Baku to Astara and there is no train, so a private car saves most of the day.
You can break the long drive at Istisu in Masalli or in Lankaran.

Excellent service! We originally booked a smaller car and didn’t realize all our luggage wouldn’t fit. Before the trip, the company contacted us to confirm our baggage and kindly upgraded us to a larger vehicle at no extra charge. The driver was very polite, drove carefully, helped us with all our luggage, and chose the most convenient drop-off point at the airport. The car was new, spacious, and spotlessly clean.Polina G. · July 2026
